What’s the difference between a reference and a review?

References are the customers you set forth on BDA to begin the review process. Reviews refer to the reviews written that are available in your BDA account’s reviews section.

You can keep a record of the referrals’ progress and get notifications as each one becomes a customer analysis. Until the comparison phase is completed once a review is written on a requested reference, it will no longer appear on the dashboard. Each analysis has a detailed description as well as star ratings.
